We Are Here To Serve You
I am passionate in helping clients meet and achieve their family’s needs and dreams. I genuinely listen to them so I would be able to give a more holistic mortgage and insurance advice suited to their needs. Working and journeying along with my clients to ensure they reach their desired outcome is both a privilege and an honor.
Hi. I am Clarice. I was born and raised in the Philippines and came here to New Zealand in January of 2012. I am married to Levi and we have three loving children.
I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Management in the Philippines. I have spent more than 12 years in the sales and marketing industry and was an Area Manager at one point for a prestigious pharmaceutical company in the Philippines.
In 2012, I took up a NZIM (New Zealand Diploma in Management – Applied Management) here in New Zealand. I also have obtained a New Zealand Certificate in Financial Level 5 with Residential Lending Strand and Investment Strand which is a requirement to become a Financial Adviser. I worked for a financial firm in Wellington, New Zealand for 5 years, and in 2017 decided to put up my own company which is Future Secure Financial Services NZ LTD. From the company’s humble beginnings in the latter part of 2017, I am happy and proud to say that Future Secure Financial now has more than 800 clients all over New Zealand.
As a financial adviser, I give tailored advice on Home loan, Insurance and KiwiSaver. I recognize and understand your financial needs by ascertaining your financial objectives and goals. I know how difficult it feels to be a new migrant in NZ as I have been there before. However, having the correct goals and the proper guidance in financial planning, things will work out fine.

My passion is to help people. To assist and guide them in achieving their dreams and aspirations. I am here to help you build a better and secure future for you and your family. I love watching movies with my family and really spending time on the beach!

Insurance Specialist
I am passionate in helping my clients achieve financial security and giving them peace of mind in times of uncertainty.
My name is Kathy Almencion. I am married to Eder Almencion and together moved here in New Zealand in 2016. I took up a degree in Applied Professional Studies in Leadership and Mentoring, Level 8 in Rotorua in the same year and just recently obtained my New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services Level 5 in Life and Health Insurance.
My interest in the industry was sparked when I met Clarice four years ago. The opportunity to help people align their financial goals and plans with their circumstances have attracted me to become a financial adviser in Future Secure Financial. The passion to help people has been with me ever since I was a Medical Representative in the Philippines for many years. I am happy with what I do because it enables me to live that passion. The chance I have in giving financial advice to people is second to none for me because I believe this will benefit their overall financial well-being.
Whenever my financial adviser hat is off, I turn to cooking and love inventing new recipes. I also enjoy hanging out with my friends and discovering the beauty of New Zealand. I am a hardworking person and I value building trust and maintaining good relationships with people

I’m here to help clients understand their current financial situation and identify their needs, in preparation for the future. That way, I could give appropriate and relevant solutions so they can protect what’s most important to them.
I’ve been in the finance sector working as an Accountant for more than 15 years.
I like numbers, analysing data, and providing insights to the business I work for.
Back in 2019, my friend Clarice (also the director of FSFS), talked to me about the financial services industry that she is in.
Then I thought, this is one way that I could help others (specially our fellow Filipinos) on a more personal level.
And that is to help them understand their current financial situation, identify their needs, and provide the appropriate and relevant solution so that they can protect what’s most important to them, by preparing them to be financially secured.
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (University of City of Manila), and a provisional membership with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ). While looking after my clients, I’m concurrently securing my family’s future as well, building up our investment portfolio, including real estate properties. I love watching movies, travelling, doing artworks/crafts, and playing bowling with my husband, Glen, and son Nico. One can find me tending my lovely plants during my not so busy times… Yes, I’m a “plantita” too! 🙂

I joined Future Secure Financial in 2019 and took up a Level 5 New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services Life and Health Insurance strand to beef up my knowledge in the field and strengthen my qualifications.
Back in the Philippines, I was a licensed real estate broker for 5 years, specializing in leasing properties in major Central Business Districts in Metro Manila. I help property owners lease their properties at strategic price by finding them the ideal tenants and provide them with ongoing assistance by managing their properties. For me, client servicing and building a long-term relationship with my clients are two of the most important aspects of being a Financial Adviser. Aside from knowing what my clients’ goals and objectives are, I also want to be with them and be a part of their journey towards achieving those goals. When I am not servicing my clients, I spend time with my wife, going out of town and discovering new places around New Zealand.
I am dedicated to help and guide you to achieve your goals. And I believe that every customer deserves the best care and service when purchasing or refinancing the home of their dreams. I am here to serve your mortgage needs and have what it takes to make a difference in your next mortgage transaction.
I am dedicated to help and guide you to achieve your goals – from buying your first home to preparing for your retirement, as I know how difficult it is to start without any understanding of the process of getting into the property market.
