I would like to share about our experience in dealing with future secure financial services. At first we are not aware of this company, what it is for and what their purpose is, just only in my mind it is financial service. 

Everytime we have gatherings with my Filipino friends I always hear about one name, Clarice Parinas a mortgage adviser, a person who helped them to get a property. I’m just wondering who she is? Why did she help them? Then we came to the point that our friend advised us to buy a property and deal with her because our rent is getting higher. 

At first I’m not sure if we can avail a home loan because  I’m just only a part time cleaner and my husband has a full time Job. Not enough for us to avail a home loan. Then we ask for advice then we deal with clarice. She explained everything to us about home loans, the importance of savings and to enter a property ladder.

Dealing with her is awesome. She did everything for us to get a property. Even though it’s very hard and very stressful process. She never give up. She always communicate with us during the process.

I’m very thankful that we met  and dealt with her. Now we have a property because she helped us a lot.

I’m very much willing to recommend her to my other friends.
